The Promoter
This competition is run by Chrissie Mayes trading as Fabulously Fifty Plus. By entering this competition you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Eligibility
The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over. The following are not eligible to enter:
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Fabulously Fifty Plus

Competition Period
The competition opens on 17 July 2026 and closes on 7 August 2026 at midnight. Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

How to Enter
To enter you must complete all of the following steps during the competition period:
- Follow @fabulouslyfiftyplus on Instagram
- Share the competition post to your Instagram stories
- Complete the short quiz via the link on the competition page, providing your first name, email address, and Instagram handle. Your entry is confirmed upon completion of the quiz.
Entrants also have the option to gain a second entry by watching a short video following completion of the quiz. This is entirely optional and choosing not to watch will not affect your first entry.
If you choose to watch the video, a confirmation form will appear towards the end. Your second entry is only confirmed once you have watched the video and submitted that confirmation form. Clicking play without watching in full does not constitute a valid second entry.
Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

The Prize
The prize is a 4-night hotel stay in Majorca for 2 people. The winner selects their own hotel from a third party travel membership platform. The hotel accommodation is covered by the prize.
The following are not included and are the responsibility of the winner:
- Flights and all transport to and from the destination
- Food and drink
- A tax contribution payable on booking, which is dependent on the hotel chosen. At time of writing, for Majorca, this is approximately £114 for two people for 4 nights — this figure is subject to change.
- Any tourist tax payable at the hotel
- Any other personal expenses incurred during the stay
The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. The prize is non-refundable.

Winner Selection
The winner will be drawn live on Instagram on 11 August 2026. The draw will be made from all valid entries received by the closing date.

Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message following the live draw. The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified to confirm their prize, activate their voucher, and pay any tax due.
If the winner does not respond, activate their voucher, or complete tax payment within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

Travel
Travel must be booked and completed within 18 months of the prize voucher being issued. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs, losses, or expenses incurred in connection with the prize beyond the hotel accommodation as described.

Data Protection
Personal data collected as part of this competition will be used for competition administration and marketing communications from Fabulously Fifty Plus. Your data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

General
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this competition.
Fabulously Fifty Plus reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw this competition at any time if circumstances make this necessary, without liability to any entrant.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
